Carol Sketchley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Law in 1982 and gained Law Society final in 1983. She then went straight into two articles in a Coventry practice, qualifying as a solicitor in 1985. She took her first partnership in 1988 and has practiced at Partner level in both Coventry and Birmingham for a number of years.
